How much does pool service cost in Tamarindo?
Premium weekly service is $65 a week, about $282 a month, with chemicals and reporting included. One-time visits are $75. Pools over 35 m² are quoted after the free first visit.
Is there a contract?
No. Premium is billed weekly in USD by card and you can cancel at any time from your account or by WhatsApp.
How do I know you actually came?
Every visit ends with a report in your phone: before and after photos, pH, free and total chlorine, alkalinity, and the state of the pump, filter and walls. On visit day you can follow the technician's location live in the app.
Can you look after my pool while I'm out of the country?
That is most of our Tamarindo clients. Reports go to WhatsApp and email, billing is by card, and you can message us in English at any time.
What happens at the free first visit?
Your technician comes out, measures the pool, checks the equipment, cleans and balances it, and sends you the first report. You pay only if you want to continue.
Do you speak English?
Yes. Support, reports and billing are in English. Spanish too, for your property manager or caretaker.
